What's going on with Kyla Ross? :)

After a disastrous P&G Championships, Kyla Ross has withdrawn from the final trial of the world selection camp due to injuries and burning out. Kyla has been dealing with nagging injuries ever since the world championships in Nanning, China last year. Kyla was also the only member of the fierce five to not take an extended break (other than the kellogs tour) after the London Olympics. Thus, she is taking a break to rest and heal. Kyla fell at every single meet that she attended in 2015. At the City of Jesolo Trophy, Kyla faultered on floor and only scored an 11.500. At the next meet she attended, the Secret Classic, she competed on only bars and beam due to an heel injury. On bars, she fell twice and scored only a 12.250. She came back on beam, hit a good routine, and scored a 14.550. At the next meet, P&G Championhsips, Kyla fell on floor, had a good vault, fell on her uneven bar dismount, but finished strong on beam. On day 2 of P&G's, Kyla fell once again, on her bar dismount. She had an AWESOME beam routine, though. She had an ok floor routine with a few low landings though. And she under-rotated her double twisting yurchenko and had a hop on the landing. She was invited to the world selection camp but withdrew from the final selection to rest and heal. In the comments below, tell me what you think is going on with Kyla Ross...

Who's going to worlds? - USA's Women :)

USA's World's Team:

Simone Biles
Brenna Dowell
Gabby Douglas
Aly Raisman
Mykayla Skinner
Maggie Nichols
Madison Kocian

Alyssa Baumann
and
Bailie Key
are the non-travelling alternates.

I think that there's no doubt that Aly, Simone, Gabby, and Mykayla should be on the team and will contribute in the team final. Madison Kocian also will be a HUGE asset on bars where hopefully she can medal in an individual final. I really wish Bailie could be on the team for I also love her bars and beam work... But, hopefully she'll keep training hard and upgrade in time for Rio. Alyssa would really help on beam in the team final (if she wasn't the alternate) because the only two athletes I could see helping on beam are Aly and Simone... and possibly Maggie or Gabby. Brenna and Gabby should also be good on bars in the team final. Listed below is MY opinion on what the team final lineup should be:

VT                 UB                         BB                 FX

Maggie          Brenna             Maggie              Mykayla
Mykayla         Gabby           Simone                  Simone
Simone          Madison           Aly                         Aly

I know you're all going to scream at me about beam... Like WHY DIDN'T YOU PUT GABBY IN THE BEAM LINEUP?!?! Honestley, I can see Maggie being more consistent on beam... Also, I know I listed 7 athletes... I SERIOUSLY THOUGHT FOR LIKE 30 MINUTES OF "who should the alternate be?". And I couldn't pick one person so I just put all 7 in. I know you're not allowed to do that put whatever for now..... In the comments below, let me know what your lineup would be...
